Running can be a bit daunting even for experienced athletes so communities such as these can really help build trust and confidence. You don’t need to have imposter syndrome anymore!
Let’s break down those barriers that stop us acheiving great things and stop us getting healthy.

Snacks and Snaps Cycling Club
This club is all about the slow and steady ride.
The party paced adventure where you stop to take a photo of a funny shaped tree or a dramatic view. Snacking on malt loaf, jelly beans and magnetically being drawn to a local pub on a country lane. Cycling can be daunting, especially when you don’t all the “right gear”. We think that’s a load of nonsene. All you need is a bike and somewhere to aim for. (A cafe or a beer garden is normally a great place to start.
In this club we can share advice, tips on routes and maps plus we can share our favourite snack and snack stops. Most of all it’s about having fun and having a good time together!
