The Bluebird Bus

Sometimes all you need, is less.

We fulfilled our “Into the Wild” fantasies with a trip to South Devon. We stayed in a converted Canadian school bus. with iced up windows, frozen gas lines and a roaring log fire.

Pheasants ran across the fields as we watched the frost melt in the winter sunshine, crystalised on every blade. The morning light was blue until the sun burnt through the mist and gave us crisp icy weather.

We made our way down to the coast to explore stoney beaches, flint cliffs and thicket lined footpaths. The fishing boats resting on the pebbles until the sea claws them back into the blue. Thick, aqua rope teathering the boats to the shore.
